Brad Wagner, CPA, JD, LLM, MRE. Prior to starting the firm, Brad worked at the
IRS, U.S. Tax Court and a big four accounting firm. Brad received his bachelors
degree in accounting from DePaul University, his law degree from Chicago Kent
College of Law, his LLM in taxation from Georgetown University and his Masters
in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University. At leisure time Brad enjoys playing tennis, bicycling and travel.

James Duys, MST, CPA graduated from
American University with a Masters in Taxation and has over 20 years of
experience in the field. Prior to becoming a co-founder of
Wagner, Duys & Wood, LLLP, Mr. Duys
started his career with one of the Big Four accounting firms.
He then went on to become the head of tax research and planning at a
large regional. Mr. Duys specializes in US tax compliance
and transactional planning.

Justin Wood |

Justin Wood, CPA, received his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from University
of Maryland. He became a partner of the firm in 2009.
Justin provides tax, accounting and consulting services to
businesses and individuals. This includes, but not limited to,
choice of entity, tax planning & preparation, Multi-state taxation, choice of
accounting software, accounting system set-up & implementation, training
accounting staff, accounting outsourcing, developing bonus and compensation
plans, financial statement preparation, cash flow analysis, budgets, strategic
business planning and representation before the IRS and other agencies.
